The Ava Complex is situated at the gateway of Bangor City. Comprising of Public bar, Winebar and Cocktail Lounge everyone is catered for. Boasting some of the finest seasonal fayre and fabulous cocktails, our professional team will make your visit enjoyable and memorable.
Lower Ground Floor: The Public Bar is situated on the lower ground floor and is one of the oldest iconic licensed premises in Bangor. The interior resembles a traditional pub and the regulars have become live in furniture with a strong connection to the bar itself and the people who work there, giving the place a real sense of community. The bar serves up karaoke every Friday and live music every Saturday.
Ground Floor: The Ava Winebar & Wine Terrace is located on the ground floor. The restaurant offers tasty food and mouth watering cocktails, all delivered with a five star level of friendly service. The Winebar has a modern feel with a navy blue and gold decor, snag a booth, lay back on a sofa or pull up a stool, as long as you relax! Dine inside or out, The Wine Terrace awaits!
First Floor: The Ava Cocktail Lounge on the first floor, let the planted trellis lead you to the finest cocktails in the City. Once upstairs, bask in the chilled atmosphere, quirky vibes and leafy surroundings. Whilst enjoying our fabulous cocktails, why not sample our decadent small plates / lite bites. Our Cocktail Lounge is perfect for pre theatre drinks, celebrations or just watch the artistry of mixology.

Upstairs as Romas in Newtownards boosts three beautiful rooms, all on one level, and can host smaller or larger parties with two bars, TV screens and an in house sound system we have you covered.
With ample parking space to the rear of the venue, and situation on regents Street, Newtownards.
